If a video didn't turn out the way you expected, or it's stuck processing, tell us the email address you uploaded it with and the video's name or the link to its page. A sentence about what went wrong helps us find it quickly.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. If something went wrong with a payment, write from the email address on your Stripe receipt, or include it in your message, so we can find the payment.
Your account and data
To get a copy of what we keep about you, or to have your account and videos deleted, write to us from the email address on your account. The privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.
